Nicole Smith

Nicole Smith has over eight years of experience in event management and coordination, currently serving as the Director of Conferences at Bank Director since January 2016, where responsibilities include managing registrations, coordinating hotel accommodations, and implementing registration technology. Prior experience includes roles as a Field Representative with TN Infrastructure Alliance, a Fan Service Representative for the Tennessee Titans, and an Executive Assistant at CityScape, where event planning and stakeholder engagement were key responsibilities. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Tennessee Technological University, where foundational skills in project coordination and proficiency in various software programs were developed.
