Lisa Webb has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Lisa is currently the VP IT - Product, Engineering, PMO at Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union, where they lead and empowers diverse teams to deliver exceptional results in software development, product management, and program management. Lisa is accountable for managing a portfolio of custom solutions, integrations, and standardizing IT processes and technologies.

Prior to their current role, Lisa was the Chief Information Officer at Fr8Hub, a successful start-up, where they led strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of internal systems, product development, program management, and software delivery. Lisa is known for delivering results through effective leadership and driving innovation in technology solutions.

Lisa also has experience as the Director, Technical Program Management & Engineering Operations at ADP, where they oversaw information technology and engineering operations. Lisa introduced enterprise project portfolio management practices and built a robust support team with standardized operating practices.
