Bank Guarantee Fund
Filip Dutkowski is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Spokesperson and Head of the Communications and Education Unit at the Bank Guarantee Fund since September 2019. In this role, Filip has coordinated communications for significant initiatives, including the first resolution of a bank in Poland. Prior to this, Filip was an Account Manager at NBS Communications, managing public relations for clients such as Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas, and handling various financial transactions. Earlier experience includes a journalism role at the Polish Press Agency, focusing on economic and financial markets, as well as covering EU affairs during major crises. Filip also has a background in marketing as a Marketing Officer for MKS Cracovia SSA and has authored several guidebooks. Filip holds an MA in Interdisciplinary European Studies from the College of Europe and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Jagiellonian University.
