Mohd Zahir Mat Salleh

Mohd Zahir Mat Salleh possesses extensive experience in IT security and network engineering, currently serving as Team Lead for IT Security Engineering & Assurance at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad since August 2025. Previously, Mohd Zahir worked at AFFIN Group as a Network and Application Security Engineer and at Celcom Berhad, where roles included leading information security initiatives and managing network security operations. Additional experience includes senior positions at Maybank and IT Engineer roles at GFM Services Berhad and IIUM, focusing on project management, network infrastructure, and IT security compliance. Mohd Zahir holds a Master of Science in Computer Networking from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology from Universiti Kuala Lumpur.
