Siti Rossimawati

Head, Customer Support & Governance at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad

Siti Rossimawati began their work experience in 2012 at RHB Banking Group, where they held the position of Head of Operations & Service Recovery for eBanking. From 2016 to 2017, they joined Affin Bank Group as the Head of Ops & Performance Management for Cash Management. Most recently, starting in 2017, they have been working at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad. Siti initially held the role of Head of Customer Service & Fraud Investigation and is currently serving as the Head of Customer Support & Governance.

Siti Rossimawati attended Lahad Datu Fully Residential School in Sabah from 1989 to 1993. Siti then pursued a Bachelor (Honours) of Business Administration degree at the International Islamic University Malaysia from 1997 to 2000, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
