Suhaila Fakri

Suhaila Fakri has extensive work experience in the financial and consulting sectors. Suhaila started their career as an intern at PwC in 2014 before joining i-Yuno Media Group as a Subtitler in 2013. In 2015, they began their journey at PwC Malaysia, where they worked as an Associate and then as a Senior Associate in the Digital and Emerging Technology department. Suhaila then moved to Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad in 2019, initially serving as Deputy Manager in the Value Delivery Office. Suhaila later became the Manager of the same office and is currently working as the Head of Product Delivery and Program Management in the Centre of Digital Experience.

Suhaila Fakri completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc)(Hons.) in Computational Mathematics from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2012-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Quantitative Sciences also from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2010-2011. Suhaila'ssecondary education was at SMK Subang Utama, where they received their SPM in Pure Science in 2005-2009. In addition, Suhaila has obtained several certifications, including Design Thinking Practitioner from Human Inc in 2022, Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist from Microsoft in 2014, PRINCE2™ Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014, and Registered Product Owner and Registered Scrum Master from Scrum Inc. in August 2022.
