Wihdatusani Fauziyah is an experienced IT Service Manager, currently working at Bank Saqu since July 2023, where responsibilities include serving as the escalation point for IT incident management in accordance with SLA and ITIL best practices. Prior to this, Wihdatusani held various roles at Bukalapak from February 2017 to July 2023, including Incident Problem Manager, Senior Infrastructure Capacity Planner, and System Engineer, focusing on planning, capacity monitoring, infrastructure financial reporting, and enhancing IT systems. Wihdatusani's earlier experience includes positions at PT. Huawei Services and PT. XL Axiata Tbk, where analysis and optimization of network performance were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Institute Sains & Technologi Nasional and a Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering from Electronic Engineering Politechnic Institute of Surabaya.
