Natalia Osadcii

Natalia Osadcii's work experience includes serving as Deputy CEO and Management Board Advisor at Bank "LVIV" from 2017 to present. Natalia also worked as a Visionaire and Leader at Free land fund starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Banker at I.D. Inspiring Development from 2016 to 2017. Natalia also has several years of experience at ProCredit Bank, where they served as Executive Board Member, Deputy CEO, Executive Director, Internal Services Division Manager, Head of Training Department, Retail Business Development, Regional Credit Manager, and Micro Business and MSE Agro Lending Development. Before joining ProCredit Bank, they worked as a Loan Officer at ProCredit (MEC Moldova) from 2003 to 2005.

Natalia Osadcii has a Certified Expert degree in Risk Management in Banking from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (2016-2017). Natalia also holds a Management in Banking degree from ProCredit Academy in Germany (2006-2008). Previously, Natalia obtained a Licenced Diploma in Information Technology from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova (1997-2002). In addition to their academic qualifications, they have recently obtained a CTI Co-Active Coach certification from Co-Active Training Institute (2021).
