Rizky Wijaya

Rizky Wijaya is the Head of Corporate Legal Department at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. since 2006, providing extensive legal support for syndicated loans, project finance, and ESG financing, while advising on financial restructuring and managing debt payment processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Legal Officer in the Corporate Banking Group, AVP in Loan Workout & Commercial Litigation, and other legal positions focusing on contract review, legal advice, and compliance support across various banking functions. Rizky holds a Master of Banking and Finance Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universitas Islam Indonesia. Prior work experience includes a marketing role at Quadra Computer.
