Irvandi Ferizal

Irvandi Ferizal was appointed as Human Capital Director of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk by the General Meeting of Shareholders on December 1, 2015. He has more than 25 years of experience in Human Capital in various companies, both local and multi-national. Prior to joining Maybank Indonesia, Irvandi served as Director of Human Capital at various companies in the Mondelez Indonesia-Group (Kraft Food) entity. His career started at PT Kalbe Farma in 1992 as a Training & Development Manager. Then in 1998 he moved to TNT Indonesia with his last position as Country HR Director. In 2008 he worked at Nokia Siemens Network as Head of Human Resources for Sub Region Indonesia.
