Steffano Ridwan

An Indonesian citizen, appointed as Director of Community Financial Services based on the resolution of the Maybank Indonesia AGMS on March 30, 2020. He has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, particularly in the retail/consumer banking, SME and commercial banking sectors at various banks. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, United States of America.

Career journey in Banking from Bpk. Steffano started at Citibank from 1996 to 2002 with his last position as Assistant Vice President, Bank Card Regional Sales Manager for Jakarta area. Then he moved to Standard Chartered until 2007 with his last position as Value Center General Manager Shared Distribution, Consumer Banking. In 2007 - 2008, he worked at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, with his last position as Retail Banking Lending Head and in 2008 he joined PT Bank DBS Indonesia until 2018 with his last position as Managing Director, Director of Commercial and SME Banking. At DBS he also had the opportunity to serve as acting President Director from October 2014 – March 2015. Prior to joining Maybank Indonesia, Mr.member of SMBC Group ).
