Hermawan Lee

Hermawan Lee has over fifteen years of experience in auditing, budgeting, and control management. Hermawan is currently the Director at Bank MNC Internasional Tbk PT.

Prior to their current position, Lee was the Head of Internal Audit at PT MNC INVESTAMA Tbk from August 2017 to January 2018. There, they were responsible for developing the Audit Division, controlling and monitoring regular audits, and supporting operational excellence and process control.

From January 2017 to July 2017, Lee served as the Head of Budget and Control Management at PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk. In this role, they managed budgets and controls for several business units, including PT Bank MNC International Tbk, PT MNC Finance, PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesai, PT MNC Life Insurance, PT MNC Asuransi Indonesia, PT MNC Sekuritas, and PT MNC Aset Management.

BeforePT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk, Lee worked at EY for fourteen years from January 2003 until January 2017. At EY, they were a Senior Manager and Project Leader for various clients in the banking, manufacturing, advertising, and hospitality industries, including PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, PT Tifico Fiber Indonesia

Hermawan Lee has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Hermawan also has certification from the Indonesian Bankers Association as a Certified Treasury Manager - CTM, Banking Professional Certification Body as a BSMR level V and IV, Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Certified Public Accountant - CPA, Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia in Sertifikasi Standar Pemeriksaan Keuangan Negara, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak in Brevet A & B, and Indonesian Professional Certification Authority in Treasury Dealer Certificate - Level Advance.
