Rita Montagna completed the Education Program in Psychology at the University of Indonesia in 1990. She was appointed as Director of PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk based on the Annual GMS on May 31, 2018, and as of October 17, 2018, was effective after being declared to have passed the OJK fit and proper test through letter No. SR-228/PB.12/2018 dated 17 October 2018.
Rita started his career at PT Gramedia Multi Utama from 1990 to 1996 as a Training and Development Assistant Manager. Continuing his career at PT Cakra Sarana Persada from 1996 – 2000 by holding the position of Human Resources & General Affairs Manager. She then had a career at the National Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) as AVP Human Resources Division from 2000 – 2003. Continuing his career at PT Bank Mutiara Tbk (now PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk) from 2003 to 2015 with the last position being SVP Retail & Corporate Funding Division Head. Since 2015, she has joined PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk as Funding Business Head and is currently appointed as Director at the Annual GMS.
