Raisa Ornella Rico

Raisa Ornella Rico is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design at PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk since June 2023, Raisa previously held the role of Design Manager and Design Lead at GudangAda, where responsibilities included building a diverse team, overseeing product user experience, and contributing to strategic product decisions. Experience also includes a position as Design Lead at Lemonilo, focusing on UX research and cross-functional team development, and as an Interaction Designer at Traveloka, where Raisa executed design research and usability testing. Additional roles include qualitative research positions in consulting and marketing, complemented by a Master’s in Strategic Management from Toulouse School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Indonesia.
