Ruzan B. Siganporia

Ruzan B. Siganporia is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Succession Management at Bank Muscat since July 2014, where responsibilities include designing and implementing systems for talent management, succession planning, and performance management, alongside digitalizing HR processes through innovative technologies.
