Wissam Dagher

Wissam Dagher possesses extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Manager and Deputy Head of Enterprise IT Infrastructure at Bank Muscat since June 2022. Previously, Wissam held the position of Head of Information Technology Department at MEAB Bank, where responsibilities included setting the IT strategy and developing a comprehensive transformation roadmap. Prior to that, Wissam spent 17 years at Banque Libano-Française, advancing through multiple roles including Head of Provisioning and Data Processing, Infrastructure Manager, and IT Architect, overseeing significant IT operations and projects across various departments. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Digital Transformation from ESSEC Executive Education, a Master of Engineering in Telecommunication from Université Antonine, and a B.S. in Telecommunication and Network Engineering from Lebanese University.
