Febryana Nabilla is an experienced professional in the field of Information Technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Business Partner at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. since January 2023. In this role, Febryana manages projects related to wholesale banking and consumer credit, utilizing the Waterfall development method while conducting thorough analyses of customer and operational needs. Responsibilities include creating process flows and documentation for technical teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and overseeing projects from design to live production. Previously, Febryana worked as an Information Technology Business Analyst at PT. Pegadaian, where Agile methodologies and Jira were employed for business needs analysis and solution design. Febryana's early experience at Microsoft involved data and artificial intelligence studies, enhancing skills in data handling and visualization. Febryana holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universitas Nusa Mandiri and an associate degree from Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika.
