Alexander Yec Lay

Alexander Yec Lay has extensive experience in information technology within prestigious financial institutions, currently serving as an Information Technology Business Partner at the Inter-American Development Bank since July 2006. In this role, Alexander has also held positions as an Information Technology Auditor and Business Analyst. Previously, Alexander worked as a Financial Analyst at The World Bank from 2007 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from The George Washington University School of Business, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and East Asian Studies from the University of Virginia, completed in 2005.
