Ivan Fadila

Ivan Fadila is currently engaged in the Officer Development Program at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. Since September 2019, Ivan has been working as an Independent Contractor with Appen, specializing as a Search Engine Evaluator and Social Media Evaluator, achieving the "Awesome Insight" milestone through the successful completion of 30 projects. As a self-employed Project Architect, Ivan has demonstrated expertise in designing and cost-calculating various projects, including a townhouse project in Tangerang, Indonesia. Ivan's experience also includes roles at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as a Building Construction Design Assistant and Procurement Assistant, focusing on procurement administration and facilitating contractor acquisitions. Previous positions include working as a Recruitment Consultant at PT. Reeracoen Indonesia, a Resourcing Intern at IKEA, a Regional Infrastructure Development Intern with Indonesia's Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and a Digital Marketing Intern at Lightrees Group. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from BINUS University.
