Andini Setyawati

Andini Setyawati has an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Andini is currently working as the Head of Customer Care at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk since December 2021. Prior to this, Andini served as a Telesales Manager at Adira Finance from January 2019 to March 2021. Andini also worked as a CRM Manager at AXA Financial Indonesia from December 2017 to January 2019, and as a Customer Service Manager at PT. AXA Life Indonesia from April 2015 to November 2017. Additionally, Andini has experience as a Supervisor at PT AXA LIFE INDONESIA from May 2012 to October 2013. Andini began their career as a Specialist and Technical & Email Support at Scicom (MSC) Bhd, where they worked from March 2006 to March 2012.

Andini Setyawati attended STT Telkom from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained an S1 degree in Information Technology.
