Emiliana Yuni Sulistyani

Emiliana Yuni Sulistyani has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Starting in 2004 as the Head of Operations at Centratama National Bank PT, they ensured that branch operations align with company policies and procedures while evaluating risks and leading quality assurance efforts. Later, they served as a Credit Analyst & Reporting at Bank OCBC NISP from 2006 to 2008, providing credit risk analysis and assisting in non-performing loan reporting. Emiliana then joined Commonwealth Bank as the Head Teller, where they supervised tellers, ensured compliance with financial regulations, and maintained up-to-date financial records until 2015. Emiliana then moved on to PT. Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk, where they worked as a Branch Operation Service Manager, overseeing operational policies, training staff, and improving branch processes until 2020. In 2020, Emiliana became the Head of Branch Operation and Service Department at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, where they managed various departments, developed strategies, and supervised daily activities. Currently, they are the Head of Operation Division at the same company.

Emiliana Yuni Sulistyani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics Accounting from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Emiliana also holds additional certifications, such as SPPUR Level 6 Cash Management and SPPUR Level 6 Fund Transfer from ikatan bankir indonesia banking competency center, obtained in August 2023. Emiliana has also obtained a Certificate of competence in Bank Risk Management from Banking Professional Certification Body in October 2015. Additionally, they have certifications in Tax Brevet A & B from Universitas Sebelas Maret and is certified in Risk Management Levels 2 and 3 from LSPP.
