Muchamad Fazar Pangestu

Muchamad Fazar Pangestu has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and banking. Muchamad Fazar started their career in 2010 at PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk. where they worked as an IT Support. In this role, they provided first-level support for IT-related issues and handled daily operations and troubleshooting. Muchamad Fazar worked in this position until 2014.

From 2014 to 2019, Muchamad worked at the same company, but in the IT Channel Development and Operation Unit. Here, they were responsible for the daily operations of various systems including core banking, ATM/CRM terminals, internal switching, CMS systems, mobile banking, and more. Muchamad Fazar communicated with internal divisions, units, and vendors to troubleshoot problems and provided regular reports on availability and issues.

In 2019, Muchamad moved to PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk and took on the role of Head of IT Delivery Channel Unit. In this position, they were responsible for the daily operations of various systems including core banking, ATM/CRM terminals, internal switching, CMS systems, mobile banking, and payment gateways. Muchamad Fazar also communicated with internal divisions, units, and vendors for troubleshooting and reported on availability and problems to internal and regulatory bodies.

In 2021, Muchamad took on the additional role of Lead IT Vendor Management at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk. In this role, they were responsible for the procurement process, processing invoice payments, and archiving documentation.

Muchamad Fazar Pangestu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from STMIK LPKIA Bandung, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained certifications in BSMR Level 2 from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Perbankan in October 2022, and BSMR Level 1 in October 2019 from the same institution.
