Akashdeep Saksena

Akashdeep Saksena is a seasoned technology leader with over 19 years of experience in the banking and IT industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at OCBC Bank, Akashdeep leads a team of over 100 developers in digital transformation initiatives, specializing in microservices and container platforms. Prior roles at OCBC include Executive Director, where Akashdeep established an in-house development team for microservices, and Vice President, where direction was provided to enhance the API ecosystem. Previously, Akashdeep worked at HCL Technologies as a Technical Architect, implementing workflow management systems, and held various positions at Infogain and Infosys, focusing on integration projects. Akashdeep holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering and chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, along with executive training from INSEAD and the National University of Singapore.
