Irene Lew Chai Ling

Irene Lew Chai Ling is an accomplished professional in customer experience and product growth with a strong background in digital design. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Customer Experience at OCBC Bank since February 2023, Irene previously held leadership positions at StoreHub, Kaodim, TNG Digital, and Fave, where responsibilities included driving growth, designing user experiences, and overseeing product initiatives. Irene's extensive experience also includes roles in creative direction at MediaCliQ Group and as a Junior Art Director at Good People Digital and Grey Worldwide. Irene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of the West of England and a Diploma in Advertising and Graphic Design from The One Academy.
