Kean Chung Toh

Kean Chung Toh is an experienced professional in the banking and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Head of Engineering and previously as Head of Systems Delivery at OCBC Bank since December 2018. Prior roles include Head of Distribution Planning and Development at Digi Telecommunications from September 2014 to December 2018, and a Consultant at Accenture from September 2012 to September 2014. Kean's experience at OCBC Bank also includes serving as Technical Lead for SOA and Business Analyst for Consumer Internet Banking at Scope International until June 2011. Kean holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Staffordshire University, completed from 2001 to 2006.
