Kevin Moe

Kevin Moe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and technology roles, currently serving as the Data Literacy Lead at OCBC Bank since September 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a data literacy framework. Previous roles at OCBC include Co-leading the integration of fairness, ethics, accountability, and transparency principles into the AI Lab's MLOps framework, as well as leading a team to establish the bank's conversational AI capabilities. Prior experience includes a position at KPMG Singapore focusing on digital solutions, and a role as Manager at the Singapore Nuclear Research and Safety Institute, where Kevin interfaced with scientific and government entities. Kevin also held the position of Deputy Head at the National Research Foundation Singapore, driving funding initiatives in energy and nuclear safety research. Kevin holds a Master's degree in IT Business with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, a PhD in Electrical Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Physics from the National University of Singapore.
