Shen-Lin Tan

Shen-Lin Tan has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving in xVA Management and as VP of Business Management at OCBC Bank since January 2015, focusing on CVA/FVA modeling, pricing, hedging, and optimal capital deployment in alignment with regulatory standards. In previous roles at OCBC Securities from 2008 to 2014, Shen-Lin led product development, marketing initiatives, and business development in securities borrowing and margin financing. An alumnus of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Shen-Lin also holds multiple Master's degrees in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, showcasing a solid academic foundation in finance and engineering.
