Zineb Tamtaoui

Zineb Tamtaoui is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in international banking, currently serving as Senior Executive Officer and Head of the Middle East and MENA regions at BMCE BANK International Plc since September 2018. In this role, Zineb successfully established the Dubai branch, managing all operational aspects including HR, marketing, and regulatory compliance, while also spearheading the bank's launch in the UAE. Prior to this, Zineb held the position of Director and Head of Digital Banking at BMCE Bank Of Africa, where a digital bank was launched for retail and wholesale customers in Central and West Africa. Zineb's career also includes significant roles at BMCE BANK focusing on electronic banking and e-commerce, where strategic initiatives for product development and marketing were implemented. Zineb holds multiple certifications in Supply Chain Finance and International Trade and Finance, along with a Master’s degree in Business Development & Marketing.
