Babatunde Sadiku

Babatunde Sadiku is an accomplished financial expert with extensive experience in banking and finance. Currently serving as a Director at the Central Bank of Nigeria, Babatunde Sadiku previously held the position of Deputy Director in the Banking & Payments System Department at the same institution. Babatunde Sadiku has also been an Executive Director of Finance and Risk Management at the Bank of Agriculture Limited, where representation on behalf of the Central Bank of Nigeria is in effect. Additionally, Babatunde Sadiku has contributed as a Fellow at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has a solid foundation in financial reporting and asset management from tenure at the Central Bank of Nigeria. Early career experience includes a role as Accountant 1 at the Federal Civil Service Commission. Babatunde Sadiku holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctorate in Business Administration and a PhD in Management, both with emphases on Financial Management, along with a Master’s in Banking and Finance. Educational qualifications extend to a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy and foundational certificates from various reputable institutions.
