Andi Bala

Head Of The Human Resources Department at Bank of Albania

Andi Bala has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Starting in 2003, they served as the Director of the Legal Department at the Central Elections Commission. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Partner at Celibashi Alb-International Consulting. Andi then became the Managing Partner at Law and Public Interest Office from 2008 to 2010. Following that, Andi served as a Judicial Assistant to a Supreme Court Justice at the Supreme Court of Albania from 2010 to 2012. Andi was then appointed as Counsel to the Albanian Ombudsman from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Andi briefly worked as a Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Culture at the Albanian Ministry of Culture before taking on the role of Head of the Human Resources Department at the Bank of Albania, where they currently oversee the development of the human resources to support the bank in achieving its targets and objectives.

Andi Bala attended the University of Tirana from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law. In 2000 to 2001, they pursued an L.L.M in International Business Law at the Central European University.
