Merita Bejtja

Merita Bejtja is a Chief Audit Executive at the Bank of Albania since April 2015. Prior to this, Merita worked as the Managing Director RLAL at Raiffeisen Leasing International GmBh from 2008 to 2015. Merita has also held positions such as Risk Manager at Raiffeisen Bank from 2004 to 2010, and Operation Manager at BKT from 2000 to 2004. Merita holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the European University of Tirana, a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the University of Tirana, as well as bachelor's degrees in Informatics and Economics. Merita is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in the accounting department at the University of Tirana.
