At Bank of America, Athi held various key positions, including Head of EET Technology Architecture Solutions & Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed applications consolidation, cloud enablement, and architecture innovation. Furthermore, as Head of GBAM Treasury ADS Data Platform Strategy, Athi oversaw treasury data strategy and integrated business planning. Prior to Bank of America, Athi founded NirMoha Inc, a Silicon Valley e-commerce startup focused on same-day delivery of apparel. Athi also served as President of iCleft Solutions Inc, providing consulting solutions for prominent clients in the pharma, insurance, and banking sectors, and managed projects for high-profile organizations such as AIG and Bristol-Myers-Squibb.
