Cole Cunningham

Cole Cunningham is an experienced professional in portfolio management and business development within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as an AVP in Portfolio Management for Global Renewable Energy Credit at Bank of America since August 2025, Cole previously held multiple roles at Lightsource bp from July 2022 to August 2025, including Senior Manager and Manager of Portfolio Management, as well as Senior Analyst in Business Development and M&A. Prior experience includes an associate position at Tradition Energy, a prominent energy management advisory firm, and a business development consultant role at Oracle. Cole holds an MSES in Energy & Sustainability from Northwestern University, a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Southern Methodist University, and participated in the MSc Programme in Renewable Energy at the Iceland School of Energy.
