Darryl Kowal

Darryl Kowal is an experienced legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, as well as Global Head of M&A Legal at Bank of America, Darryl brings extensive expertise in the field. Previously, Darryl held the position of Associate in the M&A Group at Shearman & Sterling LLP.
