Devdeep Sarkar

Devdeep Sarkar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in trading strategy and risk management, currently serving as Director and Senior Trading Strategist at Bank of America since August 2019. Previously, Devdeep held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs, focusing on cross-asset alternative risk premia strategies, and at J.P. Morgan, specializing in U.S. Interest Rate Derivatives Strategy. Devdeep's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics with a focus on cosmology from UC Irvine, a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Master's in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Additionally, Devdeep has served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Michigan, applying advanced quantitative modeling techniques.
