Dianne Chipps Bailey

Dianne Chipps Bailey serves as Managing Director and National Philanthropic Strategy Executive at Bank of America Private Bank, leading a team that provides consulting and advisory services to foundation and endowment clients in areas such as strategic visioning and governance. Previously, Dianne was the Practice Group Leader for Nonprofit Organizations and Foundations at Robinson Bradshaw, representing a diverse range of tax-exempt organizations.
