Heather McHarg

Heather McHarg is a seasoned professional with a strong background in human resources and employee relations, holding key leadership roles at Bank of America from October 2015 to February 2020. As Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources Service Delivery Executive, Heather led the enterprise contingent labor program, drove vendor strategy and business controls, and managed service delivery teams across various HR domains. Prior to this, Heather held multiple senior positions focused on employee relations at Bank of America and has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Anthropology, graduating with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz in January 1998.
