Jarrod Hahn

Jarrod Hahn served as an SVP Human Resource Consultant at Bank of America from November 2015 to May 2023, where responsibilities included problem-solving and collaborative problem-solving, supported by over twelve additional skills. Jarrod also co-chaired the Enterprise Employee Resource Group (ERG) for the Disability Action Network, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving skills and additional expertise. Prior to this role, Jarrod held the title of SVP Sr Business Continuity Manager at Bank of America, focusing on problem-solving within that capacity as well. Jarrod earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University between January 2006 and January 2008, complemented by a Six Sigma green belt certification.
