Johnny Williams

Johnny Williams is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in technology investment banking and equity sales. Currently serving as Global Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking at Bank of America since May 2021, Johnny previously held the position of Vice Chairman at both Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS, focusing on technology, media, and telecom sectors as well as strategic client partnerships. Prior roles include Managing Director positions at BofA Merrill Lynch and Merrill Lynch, where Johnny specialized in equity capital markets and institutional equity sales. Johnny began a career in finance at SoundView Technology Group, establishing and managing its West Coast operations. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rollins College.
