Jun Wei Tan

Jun Wei Tan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Global Human Resources Analyst at Bank of America since July 2020, Jun Wei has also contributed to the International Baptist Church Singapore as Children's Sunday School Support since December 2015, managing a team of 100 volunteers and overseeing the educational needs of over 400 students. Previously, Jun Wei held various positions in organizations such as The Boys' Brigade, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and TÜV SÜD, demonstrating a strong background in program coordination, talent acquisition, and volunteer management. Jun Wei's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and an international business education at BI Norwegian Business School.
