Monishkanna Barathan

Monishkanna Barathan currently serves as an AVP Data Scientist on the Research and Innovation Team at Bank of America, focusing on graph analytics and machine learning. Previous experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at AT&T, where forecasting models for capacity planning were developed, and an end-to-end machine learning pipeline was created for Diagnostics as a Service. Monishkanna's career began at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer, creating analytical models for various business functions, and progressed through positions at American Express and the University of Houston-Clear Lake, involving the implementation of machine learning algorithms and recommendation systems. Monishkanna holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
