Nicholas Thompson

Nicholas Thompson is an experienced professional in health and wellbeing, having held various leadership roles at Bank of America from May 2018 to November 2024, including Vice President for EMEA Talent Consulting and Benefits, as well as Health and Wellbeing Executive and Coordinator. Prior to this, Nicholas spent time at HCA Healthcare UK as a Health and Wellbeing Executive and worked at Optima Health as a Health and Wellbeing Advisor and Occupational Health Technician from May 2015 to May 2018. Nicholas also served as a Sports Coach Leader at High 5 Sports and Activity Camps in 2014. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Sport and Health Science and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences, both obtained from the University of Exeter.
