Niral Jhaveri

Niral Jhaveri is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Global Payments Technology at Bank of America since July 2025. Previously, Niral held multiple senior positions at Citi from June 2004 to July 2025, including Managing Director for Citi Payments Express and Head of NAM Emerging Payments, where responsibilities included the development of a low latency, cloud-native instant payments platform and next-generation consumer payment solutions. Niral's extensive experience in payment technologies also encompasses leadership roles in cross-border payments, digital business technology, and user experience practices. Niral's career began with IBM consulting for New York Life Insurance, and academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Parshvanath.
