Rashida Stephens

Rashida Stephens, CSPO, SSM, SLPM, serves as Senior Vice President and Platform Manager for Global Payments Solutions at Bank of America, after previously holding the role of Vice President in Enterprise Payments focused on Merchant Services. Rashida's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Shiji Payment Solutions as Director of QA & Certifications and as a Product Manager, as well as engineering roles at Worldpay where responsibilities included Senior Product Engineer and Product Engineer I, alongside experience as a Tier II Help Desk Representative. Rashida began the professional journey at Computer Generated Solutions as a Tier I Technical Support Representative. A graduate of Florida State University, Rashida holds a degree in Humanities with a focus on Communication and Media Studies, completed in 2011.
