Rupali Aggarwal

Rupali Aggarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and operational risk management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bank of America in the Global Compliance & Operational Risk division since July 2014, Rupali is responsible for independent compliance oversight, risk identification, monitoring, and testing activities. Prior to this, Rupali worked as a Consultant Project Lead at Pravah NGO, focusing on adolescent leadership programs in partnership with UNFPA. With a robust background at American Express spanning over 16 years, Rupali led various operations and risk management initiatives, culminating in the role of Senior Manager for Global Consumer Service. Rupali began the career as a Risk Analyst at Citicorp, enhancing expertise in collections and risk assessment. Rupali holds a PGCHRM degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
