Shawn Michael

Shawn Michael is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in architectural roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Architect at Bank of America since November 2013, Shawn has previously held the positions of Vice President and Senior Architect at the same institution. Prior to this, Shawn worked as a Solution Engineering Consultant for Bank of America at SkillStorm and as a Delivery Solution Architect at NICE Systems, where roles included Team Lead and Tier 2 GNCS. Shawn's career began at IPC Systems, Inc. as a Senior Field Engineer. Academically, Shawn earned a Master’s Degree in Data Science from Regis University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking from the same institution, along with additional qualifications from Arapahoe Community College, CDI College, and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
