Shen Chen

Shen Chen currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Smart Works Charity since February 2025 and has held a similar role at Career Ready from June 2022 to April 2025. Since June 2013, Shen Chen has worked at Bank of America, progressing from Vice President in the Corporate Bank to Managing Director, focusing on UK corporate banking for large FTSE 100 and 250 clients. Previously, Shen Chen was with Citi from September 2007 to May 2013, holding various positions including Corporate Banking Associate and roles in the Transaction Execution Group. Early career experience includes analyst positions in Global Corporate Bank and Global Portfolio Management at Citi from 2006 to 2007. Education includes a BA in Finance and Economics from Boston College and a semester abroad at Copenhagen Business School.
