Shilpa Bhatt

Shilpa Bhatt is a seasoned technology professional with over 16 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bank of America since September 2010, Shilpa has been instrumental in enhancing the availability of critical services and establishing reliability goals across multiple business lines. Prior roles include Vice President in various capacities focused on application production support, architecture, and middleware infrastructure management.
