Shinichi Yoshiya

Shinichi Yoshiya currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs for Japan and APAC at Morgan Stanley, a position held since 2015. Additionally, Yoshiya is an Advisory Board Member at Infopro Digital and has been a Lecturer in Law at Meiji University since 2016, focusing on Global Financial Regulations. Previous experience includes serving as an Attorney at Law at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2012 to 2015 and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at both Duke University School of Law and The University of Hong Kong in 2014. Earlier career experience also includes working as an Associate at Deutsche Bank from 2009 to 2011, specializing in Derivatives Regulations. Yoshiya holds an MBA from Aoyama Gakuin University and degrees from Duke University School of Law and Sophia University.
