Thomas Ausman

Thomas Ausman has an extensive background in risk technology and change management, highlighted by a tenure at Bank of America from June 2011 to March 2020. In the role of SVP, Risk Technology Portfolio Manager, Thomas led governance for the Risk Technology portfolio, ensuring compliance with change policies and financial management. Previous positions included SVP, Program Manager, overseeing a ~$100M portfolio, and VP, Senior Project Manager/Program Manager, where Thomas managed executive reporting for GFCC technology projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Production Chief and Copy Editor at The Charlotte Observer, managing editorial teams, and a BA in Economics from The University of North Carolina, complemented by an MBA in Operations from Georgia Tech College of Management. Thomas also participated in the TI:GER program, focusing on the commercialization of technological innovations.
